Cost will be $350 and payable through RevTrak once the field trip is confirmed. Only inducted Thespians are eligible. On May 5 after school, we will have our annual ceremony to induct new Thespians and present awards and recognitions for the year's programs. If you have been involved in any of our productions this year, we hope you will attend!
Due to COVID restrictions, food will not be provided as it has in years past. If you are being inducted, you will receive information soon. If you don't receive anything from Mr. Pavlak by Monday, and believe that you *do* qualify to be inducted, please contact him as soon as possible. Yesterday we had our informational meeting for the One Act Play. The goal was to share information regarding rehearsal schedules and expectations, the date and place for competition, some things the show needs, and other things you (and parents) need to know. Prepare for your audition by memorizing a monologue between 1-2 minutes long. If time permits, we may proceed with cold readings from the script. (So plan to stay for the duration!) Comedic contemporary monologues are recommended. Crew Leadership applications are due by Oct 16 and can be found HERE. General crew applications will be available TBD. **BE ADVISED** Because One-Act is a GHSA event, you must meet academic eligibility requirements to participate. In short, this means you must have passed at least half of your classes in the previous semester and been a resident of a PCHS district for at least one year. As of 8/6/2020, the One Act Play competition for Georgia schools has been postponed until Spring.
